Cases submitted through the App are simultaneously updated onto the main portal allowing office staff to access the data and if required transfer it to local patient record and billing systems.
Vets attending patients away from the main practice can log the patient and upload images and data at the patient side, thereby removing the need to store the clinical information for later processing. This means that the information provided is more accurate and instantaneous and it eliminates the need to upload the case at the end of the working day on a computer terminal.
The App allows immediate payment of fees from the practice account or these could be settled by the owner at the time using their own card details. The case could also be paid for at the practice by other team members.
The data held on the App allows rapid access to all patient information for any case submitted by the individual practice. This means that in situations where the usual vet is not available, the treatment regime can be seamlessly handled by another vet ensuring the team are both professional and efficient.
The records of patients that develop unexpected changes and responses can be easily updated on the App; this also allows the vet to see previous images and data submitted for that patient in real time. Problems can be reported promptly and appropriate changes made to the treatment plan as required.
